This manual proposes a holistic development model for individuals, their communities, organisations, and/or societies.
It presents four stages of self-to-societal development with a guiding question or contemplation at the end of every phase for the reader to go on a self-exploratory journey and immerse in the possibility of applying these tools to navigate through your own life path to transformation.

WHY I WROTE THIS BOOK
TRUTH-SEEKING REQUIRES COURAGE
Life does not come with a manual, neither follow a straight path. Our individual journeys remain intertwined and interdependent on events taking place on a familial, communal, national, and global level, having an impact on our evolution or otherwise. All this has a profound impact on shaping our perception of ourselves which at times limits our flourishing to experience our full potential, forcing us to take the safe route that has been familiar to us.
THE 4 Ts (Transmutation, Transmigration, Transcendence, Transformation) OF OUR PROPOSED SOULIDARITY COMPASS POINT TOWARD ACHIEVING A BALANCE BETWEEN MIND, BODY, SPIRIT/SOUL BY SETTING A NAVIGATIONAL PATHWAY TO FUNCTION IN THE OUTER WORLD, BE IT YOUR ORGANISATION, COMMUNITY, SOCIETY, OR THE WORLD AT LARGE.
THE DISTINCTION:
The distinction between our 4Ts integral pathways and other models of self-development/transformation models is the very integration of the spiritual with the integral model of societal regeneration. Wherein the GENE is embedded in the four-worlds model developed by Ronnie Lessem and Alexander Schieffer, founders of the Integral Four-worlds theory and practice. So just as you are working on your inner calling and embarking on your journey of self-transformation, you are fully aware of the outer challenges and are actively participating in your community, organisation, or society's burning issues.
The 4Ts Tools for Calibration
PHASE I: TRANSMUTATIONAL
The Ground of BEING
The first stage of your self-to-societal transformational journey starts with the self, an alchemical transmutation between you and other beings.
At this stage, the seed of intention is sown, spiraling straight from the source to the heart – the seat of the spiritual heart.
PHASE II: TRANSMIGRATION
The Source of BECOMING
This is the stage of ‘Becoming’; wherein the selfhood is inclined to dissolve (towards submission) in a supreme reality. at this stage, the self is now being disciplined, and the ego is being mastered. it’s time to take on a migration/journey - a transmigrational journey.
PHASE III: TRANSCENDENTAL
The Realm of KNOWING
This is the realm of Transcendental knowledge and reasoning. Transcendence is the quality of being able to go beyond normal limits or boundaries.
This stage of Transcendental Navigation is about knowing and making explicit (outer) what hitherto had been rather implicit (inner).
PHASE IV: TRANSFORMATION
The Transformational EFFECT
The most beautiful illustration of the transformational process in nature is that of the caterpillar turning into a butterfly. The caterpillar’s original form has to be de-formed and reformed in the chrysalis stage, before, through a course designed or normed by nature, it is ultimately transformed into a butterfly.
What Next
This manual provides tools designed after mapping transformation journeys of individuals, their respective organisations and communities as a result of working closely with them whilst navigating the process of their transformation. Similarly, this manual requires process facilitation, hence it provides an opportunity for us to engage in a co-creative and participatory dialogue. This manual is one such invitation to you and your wider circle.
