I have 9 years of experience working with groups in a dialogical setting. As a certified Action Learning Facilitator and Integral Researcher, I apply the Action Learning interventions developed by John Heron, a British social scientist and founder and director of the Human Potential Research Project, University of Surrey.
In addition to this, as a certified Cultural and Collective Trauma Healer, I have worked with individuals and senior organisational teams to realise the inner potential they hold once they’re set on a path of self-healing and transformative manoeuvring difficult situations and blocks encountered in their personal and professional life i.e. the outer challenges set in their own cultural context.
Understanding The Need
This program was conceived with the intent and out of the need for a survivalist personalised healing regime at a time when there is too much chaos around us, primarily in the outer world leaving us confused and grappling with our purpose in life.

The advanced phase is mostly for professionals in need of what we call ‘aligning your inner calling with outer challenge’. Evolving with every choice we make and every experience we embrace our stories keep taking new turns. In the advanced phase, we work on aligning our vocation with our true purpose or calling. This is where the physical meets the spiritual (essence).
